What can be my career options with bio, chem, IT and eng as my subjects in grade 11 and 12, I have studied physics till grade 8 and maths till grade 10.

Hello student !!

No , you can't ignore English subject in your 12th percentage. English is come in best five subjects. Your mains percentage is depends upon your 5 best subjects. English and with four subjects. You can't include the subject of English in additional subject.
