Do I have to go to ARC if I float the college in cap 1 in mhtcet and then didn't receive any college in further cap rounds?

See, you need to report to ARC only ONCE when a seat is alloted to you for the first time.

I get college in round 1 and float it, what if I didn't get any college in round 2 or 3, should I need to freeze cap round 1? Thank you in advanced
