Hello,
You have to paste the photo in the admit card and sign the declaration before entering the exam hall. You need to carry an extra photo with white background to give to the invigilator in the exam hall for attendance. All the best!

No, you shouldn't paste the photo before entering the examination hall.
It should be pasted right in front of the invigilator while the concerned person would be marking you present for your attendance.
