Hello Apurva!
Hope you're doing well. If you want to quit BHMS after getting selected in MBBS course you don't have to pay any sort of amount as a penalty. But you won't be able to get your advance fees which you have already paid during your selection process.
Hope you got me.

Hey Apurva
You will need to pay a certain amount as penalty signed in seat leaving bond. Also, you should check if your college will actually allow you to leave (because some medical colleges dont). In some states like Maharshtra if you give up your current bhms or bams seat then you will not be eligible ro participate in state quota neet counselling for the next 2 years (however you will be very much eligible for the AIQ counselling). Also, in some states you will have to pay the whole fees of BHMS before leaving that seat.
