As per fee reimbursement scheme, as your rank is above 10k you are eligible for only 35k fee reimbursement , you should have ebc certificate. If you belong to sc/st then full fee reimbursement is there irrespective of rank. SC, ST students annual income must not exceed 2 lakh to be eligible for full reimbursement. I am assuming you from general category.
