Whether you any state that maybe it's own telangana or any other state in the country you need to pay the registration fee to the government while you are attending to counselling for more information go through this link

Dear Aspirant,
As you got rank below 10,000 in TS EAMCET there is no need of paying fee. As per fee reimbursement policy students who got rank below 10,000 they will get seat with full fee reimbursement only for the college allocated for you through eamcet counseling.
