See usually the entrance examination for Bachelor's program consists of syllabus of class 11th and 12th and if you are seeking admission in B.Sc Biotechnology then it should be the syllabus of PCMB of class 11th and 12th but as you have not mentioned the name of entrance examination so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information. Because some colleges and universities have different pattern but syllabus is usually kept similar because till then the maximum qualification of student is either 11th, 12th or Diploma or equivalent.
