Do I have to submit fee both for IPU and JAC if I am not sure to take admission in JAC counselling?

Hello,
Please check the admission guidelines,it will be specified at the time of form filling
As far as i know you only need to pay full fees at the tym of taking admission ir ekse it would be refunded
