do i make nivas/domicle certificate of my father or student.??? my father owns the house.

Dear aspirant

Domicile certificate should be always in your names not in your father's name. As you are child of him you and living with them you are automatically eligible for domicile certificate whoever owns the house,it doesn't matter. You should fulfill other criteria for getting domicile certificate also.

Only income certificate will be in your father's name as he is the one who is earning. All other documents like domicile and castes should always have your name.
