Do I need all the degrees to became a software engineer ?
I just completed a Post Graduate Program in Full Stack Software Engineering, which was entirely completed online. After a lot of back and forth, I've chosen to enroll at NIIT. A flurry of online education possibilities, such as Udemy and Coursera, were also shown to me. However, NIIT was the institute that I was most excited about. Learning new technologies in this course helped me move from an IT professional to a software developer. This course will teach you the foundations of software engineering and how to put them into practice. All you need to know about their design, implementation, services, and much more will be covered in this course. All of the important concepts are laid out in a way that makes it easier for you to retain the information in the course. If you want to be successful in the IT industry, you need to get their certification.
- Degrees are very useful to get you a job when you are starting. It gives you future employer some sort of confirmation that is you have at least you have minimum necessary to work as a software engineer. If nothing else that you were able to understand the topic and graduate.
- You will eventually hit a point where your experience is much more important than degree , so if you manage to get a job and experience without a degree you really don't need one, but a will open up a lot of doors at the beginning.
All the best!
Thank you!!!
