Neha, if you are a minor, your name should be listed as primary beneficiary. For example, the EWS certificate shpuld say Miss. Neha Chawla, d/o. Mr. Ajit Chawla. Until you are married your documents shall bear the same resemblance because the certificate is your benefit.
