Dear aspirant,

Yeah.You should obtain a good percentage in your respective board exam to be eligible to appear for iiser aptitude test.In each year, the authority lists the cutoff percentage  for all boards in india.For this year the cut off will be published in the next month.

actually, no need to have very high score in your +2 board.but you should have decent score atleast 55%,since the IISER do admissions through following channels:

• KVPY
• JEE
• SCB

each channel will require some percentage of +2 board marks(since scb needs that the candidates should just passed in their +2 board exam ).you can get more information by using below link:

The eligibility criteria of IISER 2019 varies according to the different channel of admission. It must be noted that fulfilling the eligibility criteria before applying is mandatory.



For KVPY:Candidates are required to have a KVPY fellowship commencing from the academic session 2019-2020.



For JEE Advanced:Candidates of general category must have secured a rank in JEE Advanced within the limit which will be prescribed by the official authorities.



For SCB :The concerned authorities will determine the minimum cut off that a candidate is required to meet for IISER admissions 2019. It is mandatory for the candidate applying through this channel to appear in IISER aptitude test 2019.

You 12 th marks should be good .
