Graduate students with engineering bachelor's degrees can enrol in two-year M.Tech. programmes at the Indian Institute of Information Technology in Guwahati. The GATE scorecard of each applicant must be valid in order to gain admission. Electronics and communication engineering and computer science and engineering are the two specialisations that the university provides.
