I don't think so. Mostly JEE Mains refers to study of engineering and has nothing to do with management. And aviation management is probably a different sector and might have it's own entrance. Still if you which for aeronautical engineering then yes you can always apply for JEE Mains.

No, you do not need to give jee main for aviation. Jee Main is only for Btech, to take admission in NIT IIT or IIIT. So you do not need to give JEE Main for Aviation . You just need to have 50% and above in Maths and Physics in your +2.
