Dear Don Nishal Parkar, 

If by BCA you mean, Bachelors of Computers Application, then you dont have to appear for either of the two- EAMCET or NEET. You have to apply for the same through a common admission portal called DOST of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). You can search the colleges offering BCA at the URL given below: 

https://dost.cgg.gov.in/UniversityWiseCollegeCourses.do

Here you can search via your desired course, college or subjects. Also, you can choose the university, so in university name you can choose Osmania. 

Coming to BCA in Osmania university, for 2018-19 admissions, the portal shows three colleges taking admission, namely, Nizam College, PMR Degree College and Siddhartha Degree & P.G. College.

If we go by previous year information, then the application forms should begin in the month of May. Once you apply for that, the seat allotment process will ensue.
