You need not join any coaching for NDA examination. You can buy a book and solve questions from it. Also solve previous years question papers by keeing time-limits. This will enhance your performance during your actual examination.

Try to keep a good body figure. It is of utmost importance, as fitness tests are really hard in SSB selection.
