Suppose I ain't eligible for counselling then ??I got 410 in 2018 neet ug

With 410 you should be eligible....still, if not, you can look for management quota in the college for which you'll need to go to the college

I didn't get.... What are management teams? Management basically means I need vto pay some donation...but if I'm eligible I won't pay that isn't it

Admissions usually take place in accordance to the ranks of NEET....This determines your eligibility.. But management quota-requirements vary in different colleges.....
