Yes, you need to pass NEET exam, lets see if you wish to explore the medical courses without NEET so it's not possible. NEET and FMGE have got nothing in common. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India. While FMGE is the medical examination for Candidates who have studied MBBS abroad to come back to India and practise. So there is no relation between NEET and FMGE. Now NEET is a mandatory exam to study MBBS, BDS abroad. But FMGE is the exam that you need qualify in to practise in India. So how you fare in NEET has got nothing to do qualifying in FMGE. NEET is to study MBBS across India and also abroad. FMGE is to practise in India if you have studied MBBS abroad.
