The Stray Vacancy round will be conducted by the Deemed Universities for which the list of registered candidates for stray vacancy round will be forwarded by MCC to the respective Deemed Universities. So you have to physically be present in the Institution for the Stray vacancy round. For example, for the Stray Vacancy round of AIIMS, it will conducted by AIIMS at AIIMS, Delhi.
