do i need to upload photo with date for NIFT 2019 entrance exam as the guidelines say that the picture should be after 1 september 2018?

No it is not required to upload a picture with date. Only make sure that you have a recent photograph uploaded. And also if you upload a photograph with date, it is not an issue it will not be rejected.
You can do it either ways as you feel comfortable.
