Yes to study medicine abroad, one of the requirements is that you submit an Eligibility Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India at the time of admission to Foreign Medical Universities. Candidates with a postgraduate medical degree obtained in the countries of Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the United States of America need not appear in FMGE 2021 screening test as they can directly register with MCI/SMC.
