Do I stand a chance in IP university with clat 2019 air of 4932 in general category outside Delhi?

Hello.
Yes you have a definite chance of getting into IP university with this rank in CLAT. But you might need to wait till 3 rounds of counselling as they prefer students of Delhi domicile first. So i would suggest you to have other options for colleges too. Rest you can wait for IP too.
