2nd Ques- Sorry but your rank is very low for Govt seats. You may try Management Seats in Pvt colleges

If you are general category...Then there are STRICTLY no chances at all to get Govt college for mbbs....But if you are other category...there might be a slight(very very less) chance for govt college...although you could get Pvt Medical College ...
