Madhubani Medical college is an institute providing MBBS, nursing and paramedical courses. It does provide admission in undergraduate courses on the basis of a student's NEET UG medical scorecard. So a valid NEET result is neccesary for admission under different quotas and for general students.

Yes. Every Medical College in India either Government/Private/Deemed/Central conducts admissions based on NEET scores alone. 15% of Government Medical College seats are filled through All India Counselling while the rest 85% is filled through State Counselling. Deemed/Central University seats are filled through All India Counselling.
