Hello aspirant,
There were no such quota last year, as it is inclued this year it will surely affect the all india cutoff and 85% state quota cutoff, maratha will be surely benefited in the state quota counselling. But maharastra has huge no. Of government medical colleges so the chances of getting increase in that state.
