Yes! If you are going for the PG course in Medical sciences, then you will get some monthly stipend as per your Medical council/University rate. The stipend may start from Rs. 14k and may get as high as Rs. 70k which is offered by AIIMS. So if you are doing PG course from a state medical college, then you can expect a stipend of around Rs. 10to 18k.
There will be semester fees like your UG you have to pay, but the stipend will be provided every month.

Yes medical students do get stipend during their PG course. The government has decided to hike the stipend paid to PG medical students from the 2019-20 academic year onwards. As per information from a Department of Medical Education official, the stipend will be increased by Rs 5,000 to 10,000 per month .
The stipend for MD/ MS courses in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi is around Rs. 90,000 per month . The amount ranges from 9.4 k to 10.02 k during the course. The stipend includes House allowance as per the 7th CPC and Income Tax amount is excluded because it is not salary, it is stipend.
