The medical fitness certificate is not required for the MBBS admissions in state quota counselling or All India  counselling. If you are a person with physical disabilities then you have to present  the certificate of disability otherwise you can simply go for the counselling rounds you can verify your documents.

The list of documents required for counselling and verification are :

• NEET admit card and rank card or rank letter
• class 10 and class 12 marksheets as the proof of birth
• passport sized photographs same in the application
• Seat allotment letter
• Photo ID proof
• Caste certificate if applicable.

Hello Shalini.t.d , NEET 2020 Medical Fitness Certificate is required by all for NEET 2020 counselling . The certificate must be approved by an MCI registered medical practitioner and must include a blood group as well.
