Do NBE at the exam centre allow a candidate with dental braces for neet pg ?? It is made of nickel and titanium. Does metallic scanner scans it ? Would it be a problem ?

Your teeth braces are a part of treatment and so that is totally fine. The security guards who check will understand that. Irrespective of the presence of the braces or not, the scanner will be passed from head to toe for every candidate. And so the scanner will scan it but the security will see your braces and so that might not be an issue.
