For NEET Eligibility (with respect to Class 12 marks) you need to score pass marks in all subjects but the total aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology should be -

50 percent minimum if you are a general candidate

40 percent minimum if you belong to SC/ST/OBC

45 percent minimum if you belong to PwD category

Eg. Suppose you are a general candidate and have scored following marks -

Physics - 40/100

Chemistry - 46/100

Biology - 80/100

Total - 166

Aggregate in percentage - 55.33 percentage

You are eligible for NEET.
