Do OCI students have options in applying through management quota in deemed universities or private medical colleges or they can only apply through nri quota?

Venkat, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPPMER are filled by DGHS. Here in the Deemed Universities, OCI card holders can apply and they will be considered under NRI quota. And Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. Category C of Private Medical Colleges is NRI Quota and it is usually 10% of the seats.

Thanks for the clarification. But can they apply in general quota as well in deemed university instead of nri quota. For eg kmc portal general quota candidates includes oci as well. Is this applicable for other deemed university as well?

KMC is a Deemd to be University and not a Deemed University. And the rules differ from Deemed Universities to Private Medical Colleges.
