Do one has to pay donation for state government quota seat in private medical colleges?

Hello,
No, you need not to pay any donation in a private college if you have secured a seat through counselling.You just need to pay the tuition fee prescribed by the college Only those students who have secured a seat through management quota will have to pay donation.
