Yes you can, but you will be counselled on the 10 % All India Quota.

What it means is out of 100 % engineering seats in Maharashtra, 90 % seats are reserved for Maharashtra local students. 10% seats are reserved for students from other state.

Last date to apply for MHCET is 31 march 2019.
