Do private colleges participate in All India quota 15% counselling?

Hey,

Private colleges does not participate in 15 percent All India Quota counselling.

All the government medical and dental colleges except from Jammu and Kashmir participate in 15 percent All India Quota which is conducted by Directorate General of Health Services(DGHS) on behalf of MCC.
