Do SC and ST candidate do not have to pay tuition fee in NIT surat.......If yes/no what is the sum of 4 year fee????;-)

no you are exempted to pay fee amount of fee while for SC/ST category students the fees would be around 10–12k each semester along with mess fees of 25–28k per semester.
