From your name I assuming you to be a male, lsr is a all girls college and hence you are not eligible for that.
But to satisfy your query, yes both the colleges offers b.com program
Srcc is in North campus and hub for commerce field it has really good placements and lsr is located in the heart of south campus better reputated for it's arts courses.

SRCC is the top most college in the University of Delhi. It offers the course of Bcom.
Lady shri ram college is in south campus of University of Delhi. Courses offered by the college are Bcom, BA honours, english honours, journalism courses.
