No, ST students don't have to pay tuition fees in NIT Surat as per the rules by government from 2014.

The total academic fees after calculation of four year would be 28k only(approx). 

The hostel fees for one year would be 31367.00.

for 4 year hostel fees would be 125468.00

So, The total fees for 4 year duration (academic+hostel) would be 153468.00 only.
