Hello aspirant,
I hope you are doing well and good. Yes some of yhe colleges have an option of internal PG Quota after MBBS.
There are some medical colleges which have the advantage of internal pg :

Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi
B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad
Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh
