Yes the examiner checks your admit card as well as adhar card and you have take a photo copy of your adhar card to the examination centre where before allowing you to give the exam the examiner cross checks your adhar card and admit card. If there's a DOB mismatch at that time then he will terminate you from giving the exam. Your personal information needs to be absolutely correct to verify your identity.

If something like this happens, carry an additional document like your birth certificate, which may help you.
