do the karnataka state registration for mbbs/bds seat has started?

Hey !
The state registration application form for MBBS/BDS seats were expected to release in the second week of june ,2019. And the forms will be available till one week only i.e. the registrations will close in the third week of june. Still now , the regitrations have not started.
