do the medical college in aiq counselling fill up as many seats possible or take aiq students upto a desired score and transfer the remaining aiq seats to state quota even if aiq students have applied for it but are below that desired score?

Hello,
As you have mentioned let me tell you that 15% reservation is kept for All India Quota Counselling seats and 85% is kept for State counselling already so no seats are shifted to state quota. The seats are filled according to the cutoffs rest are kept for mop up rounds. You can check the official website for more updates and information.
