You give JEE mains 1 and 2 both, and then the best score between the two is considered while you apply for admission in colleges. So hence YES, JEE MAINS 2 is also considered, but individually and only if you have scored better in JEE MAINS 2 than in JEE MAINS 1. So don't worry if you have scored less in JEE mains 2, best of both is considered. All the best for your admission process.
