Do u think nta might change the answer key after challenging? Will we get to know the changes answers before the result?
Hello R P Shamita !
As expected there are three controversial answers given in the Biology section.
First one is the Cells in Go phase. The answer given is acceptable as the cells don't actually exit the cycle, they only exit the G1 phase. The line is given in the NCERT as well. Interestingly it's a previously-asked question and so they might tend to keep the answers. So the answer given by the NTA is correct.
Second one is from Biomolecules. The statement (B) I think everybody agrees with it to be obviously wrong. Statement (A) is given correct by the NTA. Here also the answer given by NTA is correct.
The third one is about the Cornea. I think there should have been 2 answers given correct here because both seemed to be correct to me. This is not given the NCERT as well and when such a controversy arises from out of NCERT, it should have been given a bonus. To some extent here also we can agree with NTAs answer.
In Chemistry , I guess its obvious that 2 options are given correct there regarding the colloidal formation. But some students might have left this question after seeing that 2 options seem to be correct. They are very unlucky here because 4 marks make a lot of difference that too in an easy paper like this. So NTA should consider giving this one a bonus as well. Otherwise the answers given by NTA is correct.
The only one I'm not sure about is the angle of dip question in physics.
Thank you.
