NEET scores only accounts for AIQ 15% seats, other than there are many entrance tests conducted for admission of veterinary science courses such as KEAM/KCET/AP EAMCET/JCECE/OUAT/UPCATET/AAU VET/RPVT to name a few, other than this in many cases admission may be based on the merit of the qualifying examination, if you wish to know about any specific college, mention the details in the comment box below.

It is compulsory for aspirants to give the NEET exam to seek admission into BVSc and AH courses through 15% of all India Quota seats. For the remaining 85% seats, there are separate examination such as RPVT/KCET etc.
For the general and OBC categories, to get a government seat, a safe score out of 720 would be 550+. For the SC category, a safe score would be 480+ and for the ST category, a safe score would be 400+
