According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the problems faced regarding communication skills and speaking english fluently in ap through EAMCET colleges.
i would like to tell you that yes if you can't converse properly in English and sometimes you talk in hindi it would create problems as they won't understand what you are speaking.
