do we get scholarships in bits pilani based on cbse boards marks...i got 95%?

Hello Harsh,
BITS doesn't offer any scholarship based on 12th marks.
However if you score 300+ in BITSAT you are eligible for scholarship in Dubai campus.
There are two provision for Scholarship in Indian Campuses of BITS.
First being, you need to be in top 15 students every year to account for scholarship.
Second being, if your family income is less than 8lpa, then you are eligible for scholarship, but this depends to the CGPA as well.

so while taking admission in india campus there are no scholarships available based on bitsat marks??? as the 15 student thing is after upyou have taken admission right....i wanted to know if there is any kind of scholarship available at the time of taking admission....

Yes, the scholarship is only after joining for the top 15 students of that particular year and that can be availed for the subsequent year.At the time of admission, there is no criteria for Scholarship in Indian Campuses.Thank you.
Only if you are a board topper, you would get direct admission into BITS, but again there won't be any scholarship for fees.
