do we have the same entrance test for main manipal branch and manipal jaipur or do we have to apply for both individually

The Manipal entrance examination is the official examination which is taken by the Manipal Institute itself, for getting admission into various centres including the main centre of Manipal Institute.
The application date for admission in 2021 was released on December 11, and the last date to apply for BTech courses is March 15th.
