Do we have to fill forms for MBBS before boards result??

For MBBS, the only entrance exam accepted across India is NEET. The applications for NEET have been closed.
EXam is scheduled to be conducted on 5th May 2019. The applications started in the month of november and where open till december. If you have not applied for NEET, then you need to wait till next year ecause this year it is not possible for you to appear in NEET.
Other than NEET, there are only 2 more entrances for MBBS viz. AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER UG.
AIIMS entrance is conducted by AIIMS New Delhi to provide admission to MBBS courses at all the branches of AIIMS. The application forms have been closed and exam is schedules on 25th and 26th of May.
JIPMER UG is coducted by JIPMER puducherry for admission to MBBS and BDS courses at JIPMER. The applications will be starting from 6th of March and the exam is scheduled on 2nd of June 2019.
