Yes you will have to fill separate form for colleges which are accepting cmat score. Many colleges accept only CAT, MAT and limited courses and many accept additional other management test. The admission to most colleges are based on the management score and they accept the score and give admission. So you have to fill seperate form for colleges and the form are mostly available from March till July, August. You should first shortlist the colleges and then can go and see their sites after certain intervals.
