do we have to give clat after completing my graduation to pursue llb?
Hello,
Indeed, you can! But passing CLAT qualifies you for entrance to the BA LLB (5-year) programme. For a three-year LLB programme, you should prepare for the DULLB exam rather than trying the CLAT.
Since 2015, the CLAT has no age restriction. Nothing technically prevents you from enrolling in the integrated 5-year LLB curriculum and taking the CLAT exam after graduating.
But take into account this: You will have spent eight years earning a few UG degrees after spending a minimum of three years for your initial graduation and five years for integrated law.
Why not join in the regular LLB given by colleges to graduate students if you plan to pursue law after graduation?
Thank You
