Do we have to have good marks in each of physics, chemistry, maths paper in Jee main or is it enough to get good marks in any two subjects?

Total score is considered but when you get a clash of marks with any other candidate for rank like 200,
those who get more in physics will be given first place (200) and next rank to the other(201)
So it depends largely on your interests and the subject you are comfortable with.
With that said, you should try and do balance study if you are not overly interested and comfortable in one or two subjects.

There is no sectional cut off in JEE Main or KCET entrance exam.
Your overall marks are considered to provide admission.
If you want to score good marks in your exam it is important that you perform good in all the subjects.
